Initiate a Request
Contact our support team through the official iFi audio support portal to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your device in its original retail packaging, including all accessories, cables, and manuals to ensure eligibility for a full refund.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided RMA label to the outside of your box and ship the item via a tracked carrier to our designated regional service center.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the unit's condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange unit within 5 to 7 business days.
